Project Brief
We use a scalable, market-based solution to create economic empowerment and build vital safety nets for a vast low-income community in Thailand.
· Targeting the Invisible: We serve the ~2.8 million undocumented Myanmar migrants—a massive, vulnerable, and financially excluded population that is central to Thailand’s economy yet lacks access to basic services like accessible healthcare.
· Providing the Tools for Mobility & Well-being: Our model is a “hand-up, not a handout.” We provide the essential tools for legal and financial inclusion: legal status, start-up capital, stable employment, and insurance security.
· Systemic Change with a Human Face: We solve critical market failures. Beyond formalizing labor, our planned Community Medical Fund (financed by a percentage of revenue) will contract with local clinics to provide cashless outpatient services, solving the critical “fee dilemma” that prevents migrants from seeking timely care. This builds unparalleled trust and aligns with impact-first investing.
